By participating in Saturday Night Space Opera events, you agree to abide by all rules and policies of Source Comics and Games, Fantasy Flight Games and Events Center, other venues, and event organizers.

You also agree to refrain from:
  • Using anything in a threatening or destructive manner against others or property.
  • Endangering your safety of the safety of others.
  • Threatening or harassing behavior.
  • Violating federal, state, and local laws.

    • Whether you are a game master running an event or a player participating in a game, you are responsible for the security of all items you bring on premises. Source Comics and Games and the organizers of Saturday Night Space Opera assume no liability for lost or stolen items.

    In the event of inclement weather or scheduling conflict with the store, Saturday Night Space Opera organizers will do their best to notify participants in advance. Event organizers cannot be held liable for these conflicts.

    If you are a game master or bringing a board game and there is a reason that your game can not be run, please contact us immediately.

    Online games: Please read the full FAQ on online games. Unless expressly stated before sign-up, video and audio of games are never broadcast or recorded. Participants are also prohibited from recording game sessions.

    Finally, as you're gaming in a retail space that is open to the public, you're agreeing to having your picture taken. We like to have fun and post pictures on social media. Being at the table says you're okay with that.
