Next stop: STRANGER SCIENCE at the Science Museum of Minnesota!

NERD ALERT: We're headed to the Science Museum of Minnesota's Social Science event STRANGER SCIENCE this Thursday to help a few thousand geeks get their game on! Social Science is SMM's 21+ nighttime shindig where you get to roam the halls of the museum and explore the exhibits at night. It'll be like the regular Science Museum IN THE UPSIDE DOWN!

We're gonna time-warp back to 1983--to the early days of D&D--for some roleplaying game fun:

• Create a D&D character on the spot!
• Play your character in a quick tabletop battle!
• Survive the ultimate test of D&D trivia! 
• Enter to win game loot from friendly, local game store, Source Comics and Games!

If you've ever wondered about D&D or roleplaying games, this is the event for you! You'll get a crash course in RPGs, slay a monster, and even pick up some treasure!

Metro Transit offers free transportation via bus and light rail from 5-11 p.m. for Social Science. Get your free ride pass NOW!

P.S. Don't forget to wear your purple Thunder Lizard hoodie for a bronto-sized group picture later in the evening. Do it for Justin!

MARCH SNSO: Star Trek - Ringworld Runabout!

Looking to try out the newest Star Trek game from Modiphius? Or maybe you just wanna' try your luck as a redshirt dodging phaser blasts? The latest version of Modiphius' 2d20 rules is fun and easy to learn--and we've made it even easier with player templates so you can jump right into the action.

Mission Details: 

Get ready for a fast-paced mission of discovery when a Federation survey team discovers a ringworld around an ancient sun. Set in the era of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space 9! We;ll have three tables for three different shuttle crews, each landing at and exploring different sites on the ring!
Game System: Star Trek Adventures by Modiphius (The latest game in the Trek universe!)
GMs: John Till, Erik Mornes will run Star Trek Adventures, Matt Towle will run a modified version of Mutant Crawl Classics starring redshirted Starfleet types!
